Who We Are

Ana and Michael Razo are foodies and sushi lovers. We actually first met while Michael was working as a sushi chef serving her "Omakase". Our passion to have our own Restaurant only grew as we began the beautiful journey of making a lovey family together. Our passion burns strong for our business to express the cultural bonds through food. and to tell the stories written by our ancestors before us 

Strategies & Plans

Makiritto is a fast food style restaurant serving real food fast. Our food is all Freshly made to order so it can  be enjoyed at the highest level. We bring cultural flavors and techniques served in a California style.
Our overall plan is to continue to grow our business and franchise across California and beyond. 

THE CHEF

     A master of his craft, Chef Michael L. M. Razo came from San Fransisco's elite sushi Bar, Blowfish sushi, to help elevate the culinary experience in Visalia to new heights. Chef Michael has worked his way up and through many staple restaurants in the central valley as well.
